We're glad you're here. This is a group for those in and around Eau Claire, WI to meet and mingle, meet new friends, and have a great time doing a variety of activities and events.

Latitude 44's International Day of Yoga

FREE yoga in Phoenix Park!
Join us for the 12th IDOY FREE class instructed in the Great Lawn (by the High Five Dog statue/in front of RCU building)Date: Wed. June 17th at 5:30p; community starts to gather at 5:00p
Location: Great Lawn in Phoenix Park (by the High Five Dog statue)
Bring: a blanket or yoga mat, water, and a self provided snack or meal for after.
Class Highlights: Gentle flow, Sound Bath, and Meditation (multiple instructors)
Cost: FREE
The yoga continues... Stick around after a nourishing class to hang out in the lawn, enjoy a casual (self-provided) meal, and foster relationships with incredible community. The whole family is welcome! Expect a slowed, intentional flow for 45 minutes, followed by a soothing Sound Bath and Meditation to finish melting into your mat.
Pre-registration is not needed, but is greatly appreciated for our preparation, and for contact in case of any weather-related updates, etc.
