• Bring: a blanket or yoga mat

• Class Highlights: Gentle flow, and sound bath (multiple teachers)

• Cost: FREE

The yoga continues... Stick around after a nourishing class to hang out in the lawn, enjoy a casual (self-provided) meal, and foster relationships with incredible community. The whole family is welcome! Pre-registration is not needed, but is greatly appreciated for our preparation, and in case of any weather-related updates, etc.
