FREE yoga in Phoenix Park!
Join us for the 12th IDOY FREE class instructed in the Great Lawn (by the High Five Dog statue/in front of RCU building)
Date: Wed. June 17th at 5:30p; community starts to gather at 5:00p
Location: Great Lawn in Phoenix Park (by the High Five Dog statue)
Bring: a blanket or yoga mat, water, and a self provided snack or meal for after.
Class Highlights: Gentle flow, Sound Bath, and Meditation (multiple instructors)
Cost: FREE
The yoga continues... Stick around after a nourishing class to hang out in the lawn, enjoy a casual (self-provided) meal, and foster relationships with incredible community. The whole family is welcome! Expect a slowed, intentional flow for 45 minutes, followed by a soothing Sound Bath and Meditation to finish melting into your mat.
Pre-registration is not needed, but is greatly appreciated for our preparation, and for contact in case of any weather-related updates, etc.
