Shimmy & Shake Sundays

Cin, Jen & Em will be serving up super sassy playlists full of songs to shake your booty to all summer long!

Sign up for your Sunday session, then stop down to the lower level at Fit Lab to enjoy a 1-hour dance party starting at 4:30 each week. After class, plan to head up to the main floor to cool off with a refreshing power-packed Fit Lab shake.

Watch for special theme nights, and find out how to collect beads throughout the summer to win the ultimate end-of-summer prize pack!!
Classes are $10/session or $30 for the full month (June, July or August). Shake flavors will be announced each week for you to pre-order yours for an extra $8.

Pre-register for your class/shake no later than Saturday evening each week by sending a message to Cin, Jen or Em, paying for your special evening through Venmo (@Cindy-Peterson-127), then plan to enjoy an energizing weekend end-cap with us!
