Let's Ride to the Beach from O'Neill Regional Park

We will start at O'Neill Regional Park and ride the Aliso Creek Trail to the Salt Creek Trail all the way to Salt Creek Beach.

At the beach we will stop for lunch (bring your own or eat on the terrace at Moulin or the Beach Hut Deli) and then we will head back to O'Neill.

The ride should be about 40 miles.
There is some elevation gain as we leave the beach on the Salt Creek Trail. We will gain about 800 feet in the first five miles.

Optional - Some of us will be camping at O'Neill Regional Park. Everyone is welcome to join us. When we get back to the park after the ride we will relax and perhaps partake in some refreshment. So if you want to join us please bring your own refreshments for after the ride.
If you want to camp we will arrive Friday night and stay until Sunday (or Monday - you choose). You are responsible to get your own campsite. If you have any questions please contact me.
