Welcome to Ebb and Flow Ecstatic Dance Meetup! This group is dedicated to exploring the transformative power of movement and music through ecstatic dance experiences. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to let loose and connect with your body, this group is for you. Join us for guided movement sessions, where we let go of inhibitions, find our flow, and truly connect with ourselves and others in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Let's create a community where we can come together to celebrate life, love, and freedom through the power of dance.
Join us at Cliffe Hall in Lewes on Saturday 1st March, for a journey of free-spirited movement and self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, everyone is welcome!

What to expect:
We will begin with an introductory circle, so please arrive promptly, followed by a guided warm up. We will then move to the ecstatic dance DJ set where we let the music move us, allow our emotions to rise and fall and we feel the true ebb and flow of life. Towards the end we will have a cool down and finish with a reflection circle.
We will have a soft calm area within the dance space, where you can relax with blankets and cushions at any point during the event. There is no requirement to dance or stand at any point. Rest can be as important as movement.
As this is our launch event, we will be offering free herbal tea to all participants.
Tickets are £10, and there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door at the same price but booking ahead on Eventbrite is recommended.
