Mitchell Canyon Nature Walk

Meet near the visitors center in the parking lot at the Mitchell Canyon entrance to Mt. Diablo State Park (at the end of Mitchell Canyon Road in Clayton, CA.) We have an early start because the lot fills up (there is an overflow lot, walk to the main lot if you park there). Be sure to pay the fee.

We will walk a mile or so up the trail, seeing what flowers are out and also seeing other plants such as liverworts. It has been a good rain year so there should be lots to see.
