Euro Games for St Patti's @ Triple Rock Brewing / Berkeley

Inspired by the luck-o-the-Irish St Patti's coming up soon, join us for a fun night of Euro Games! A Euro game is classified as board games which generally feature indirect player interaction, lack of player elimination, and provide multiple ways to score points.

Of course this includes many different kinds of games as European style board games have become somewhat of the norm!

In honor of St Patti's we'll be hosting the following games:

Justin will be hosting CASTLES OF BURGUNDY. In the game each player takes on the role of an aristocrat, originally controlling a small princedom. While playing they aim to build settlements and powerful castles, practice trade along the river, exploit silver mines, and use the knowledge of travelers.

Frankie will be hosting NIPPON, in which players d try to develop their web of power by investing in new industries, improving their technological knowledge, shipping goods to foreign countries or using them to satisfy local needs, and growing their influence and power as they oversee the era of rapid industrialization.

Gabi will be hosting EVERDELL. Everdell is a charming and beautiful worker placement and engine building game where you run an anthropomorphic race of cute critters prepping for the winter. Build your town, increase its inhabitants, and chain your combos to ultimately strive for the most points.

TERRAFORMING MARS -- settle on mars with lots of options
AGRICOLA -- build and grow your farm and family

** This meetup begins at 6 with games usually beginning around 6:30/7. No worries if you arrive after that, just know you may have to hang out and wait for a new round of gaming to begin. Games fill up on a first come first serve basis. We suggest arriving early if theres a certain game you'd like to play.

**Plz bring any games you like!! Were a social group so bring your friends too!

**Our meetups are self organized and do not have a host. When you arrive simply introduce yourself to our tables and ask if there's room in a game you want to play. If for some reason all games are full, ask for one of our many organizers / regulars and we'll make sure to get you in a game.
