Summer Electric Bike Ride to Brooklyn

EXPERIENCE THE JOY of riding an electric bike! You’ll beat any wind and flatten Wellington’s hills. We’ll take a return ride, leaving from Switched on Bikes on the Wellington Waterfront. There’ll be enough time to mingle and get used to the bikes before we head out on a summer evening ride.

We'll have Easy As Kai Tacos available if you want a pre-ride snack.

Our destination will be Wellington's iconic and very eccentric CARLUCCI LAND. We've asked for a short introduction to the sculpture park / mini golf / paintball / art gallery! After a look around (have to save the mini-golf for another day) we'll power up the bikes again and cruise back over the hill to the waterfront.

Ride with us if you’d like to try and electric bike or if you’ve already got yourself a powered-up bike. You don’t need to be an expert rider, but we will be riding on the road- so you need to be comfortable riding a bike in Wellington. If you’re a un-plugged rider with strong legs that can keep up, we’d love to have you along too.
