Join Ebury Tea and yoga teacher Alysha Nelson for a peaceful one-hour meditation and yoga session in Regent’s Park on Saturday, 23 August at 10:30 a.m.
This gentle class blends mindful breathing, guided meditation, and restorative yoga to help release tension, calm the mind, and improve overall well-being. It’s a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself. The workshop is perfect for all levels.
Limited to 10 spots, so book early. Meeting point at Park Sports The Regent’s Park x All Things Tennis Retail Shop. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start. Bring your own mat if you can, or enjoy the session on the grass.
