Create IT! meetup: Extended Reality

Митапы Create IT! являются логическим продолжением конференции на стыке технологий и креативных индустрий, впервые прошедшей в мае 2017 года в Минске.

Мы рассматриваем серию митапов Create IT! как платформу для взаимодействия между creative & tech проф сообществ в Минске.

Первый митап состоится 25 января и будет посвящен теме Extended Reality, где спикеры поделятся опытом применения AR/VR технологий в музыкальных приложениях, играх, театре и обсудят с участниками перспективы развития технологий виртуальной и дополненной реальности в будущем.

Принципы, на которых основана программа митапов:

• real cases & hot speakers;
• less is more: блиц-доклады по 20 мин;
• co-creation is power: полноценное участие гостей в митапе;
• practice-based: участники получают inspirational toolbox для собственных экспериментов после митапа.

Create IT! meetups are a logical continuation of the conference about the interrelations of technologies and creative industries, first held in May 2017 in Minsk.

We are considering a series of Create IT! meetups as a platform for interaction between creative & tech of professional communities in Minsk.

The first meetup will be held on January 25 and will be devoted to the topic of Extended Reality. The speakers will share their experience of using AR / VR technologies in music applications, games, theater and discuss with the participants the prospects for the development of virtual and augmented reality technologies in the future.

Create IT! meetups are based on the following principles:

• real cases & hot speakers;
• less is more: presentations are time-limited to 20 min;
• co-creation is power: full participation of guests in the meetup;
• practice-based: the participants receive an inspirational toolbox for their own experiments after the meetup.
