Basic Blogging for Beginners

Do you have thoughts and feelings you want to express? Would you like to share them with more than your dog or just one person? Are you unsure about the best practices or how to start sharing in a blog? Do you know what a blog is?

As technology rules our world, we have new ways in which to make our voices heard worldwide, if we want to. In fact, we can be overwhelmed with all the people "talking" on social media. So, let's learn some do's and don'ts in blogging and talk about how to make yourself stand out in the crowd. I'll provide handouts so that you don't have to remember everything we discussed.

You don't have to be a computer expert to do this, and you don't need a computer or other device to come to this class and learn. It will be a lesson and a casual conversation for adult beginners. I appreciate "love donations" to help pay for my expenses. However, the only requirement is that you make a purchase of food or drink from Panera, as we are using their space to gather.
