This hybrid event will be hosted both on Zoom and at the Eckankar Center of Rochester, 312 West Commercial Street, East Rochester, New York 14445.

A facilitator-led spiritual conversation will follow the HU song, offering a supportive space to share experiences, ask questions or simply listen.

At this Sound of Soul Event, you are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, explore ideas, and ask questions.
