Sing HU to Open Your Heart

Experience the joy of singing HU!

At this Sound of Soul Event, you are invited to join others in chanting this ancient mantra, HU, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. You are then invited to share your spiritual experiences, express your ideas, and ask your questions in an interactive, facilitator-led spiritual discussion.
