At this ECK Light and Sound Service, you’ll experience the sacred sound of HU, discover simple techniques for recognizing how we experience this inner joy in everyday life, and share spiritual insights in a warm, welcoming setting.

This ECK Light and Sound Service is based on God’s love and spiritual freedom for everyone. It offers creative spiritual tools, whatever your path or religion, to bring greater understanding, love, and support in challenging times. Experience the love and peace in connecting with the divine within through singing HU, the most beautiful prayer.

You are warmly invited to attend an Eckankar in Central New York sponsored in-person ECK Light and Sound Service, titled “Finding Joy in the Divine Truth Already within Your Heart,” to be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, 11:00 am–12:15 pm. Eckankar welcomes people of all faiths and backgrounds.

This service will take place at The ECK Center of Central New York, 206 E. Seneca St., Suite H, Manlius, NY 13104.

Peggy Youngs, a member of the Eckankar clergy, will officiate this service. She looks forward to your presence and the stories from your heart that you are welcome to share.
