You are invited to join us for a special event of spiritual connection and community.
Settle in with a beautiful contemplation seed and experience a 15-20 min HU chant. The sound of HU when sung out loud or quietly to oneself can bring spiritual upliftment, serenity and joy.
Anyone can join in regardless of background or faith. The HU has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God in their lives.
The HU chant will be followed by relaxed, spiritual conversation where you are invited to share or you can just listen in.
