After a brief introduction you’ll be invited to experience tuning into the God Sound by chanting the sacred sound of HU, an ancient and universal name for God which helps expand your awareness giving you greater control of your daily life.

HU has been used for thousands of years as a non-directive prayer, mantra, and sacred word for spiritual upliftment and can be used by anyone, regardless of religion, culture, or belief.
