The seminar programme includes talks from the heart, workshops and discussions to stimulate contemplation and the sharing of insights. Short, spiritual meditations, known as spiritual exercises, will feature in each session to help you tune into and experience the highest form of love, seen and heard inwardly as Light and Sound.
