You are warmly invited to join us to experience the transforming sound of HU, an ancient and universal name for God. This sacred word can spiritually uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.

HU is for everyone regardless of faith, belief or background. You are very welcome to invite family, and friends to this community event.

Join us every third Wednesday of the month in East Fremantle at the Glyde-In Community Centre @ 7:30pm to Experience the Sound of Soul.

The evenings program includes:
- a brief introduction to the HU
- a contemplation seed reading
- chanting HU for 15-20 minutes, followed by quiet contemplation
- a discussion to share experiences and insights, if you wish
