When we put love into our lives, we notice the little things needed to do better. We notice how to improve our health, our work, and our relationships with others. This same tool, love applied, can help us to grow spiritually as well. All we need is a focus and that
is provided by singing a sacred word, HU.
You are invited to a discussion about adding love to life. It is the key to spiritual growth. We’ll sing HU and share stories from our lives about everyday spirituality. All are
