A facilitator will then lead an open discussion on the spiritual topics that arise after singing HU.

You are warmly invited to join us for this online Sound of Soul Event, titled “Sing HU to Reveal the Spiritual Threads in the Fabric of Life,” on Monday, August 19, 2024, 7:00 pm–8:00 pm. All are welcome!

HU is a sacred mantra—the Sound behind all sounds. An ancient name for God, HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. This Sound of Soul calls us to our Divine Center and uplifts our hearts; It is the call of divine love. When we sing HU, an ancient, universal name of God, and the creative breath of God, we return to this Divine Center within.

Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit. It enables you to open your heart to experience the miracles that occur when you give and receive love and when you allow yourself to harmonize with the highest vibration.
