How to Live Life Gracefully, an ECK Light & Sound Service

Join us for an in-person ECK Light and Sound Service at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at noon.

This month’s theme is “How to Live Life Gracefully.” An ECK Light and Sound Service celebrates God’s love for Soul. During the service, you’ll have the opportunity to experience HU, a spiritual exercise and ancient mantra that brings peace, insights, and love, helping you discover the God-knowledge within yourself.
The event features a guest speaker, uplifting music, and occasionally small group discussions.

Each service lasts about an hour and is designed to facilitate your personal connection with the creative spiritual life force, the Light and Sound of God. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
