HU is an ancient mantra, a sacred name for the Creator of all life, and it is also the inner, spiritual Sound of Soul. When sung or chanted with an open heart, it can gently spiritualize your consciousness and bring insights, understanding, and fresh perspectives on one's life.
The sound and vibration of HU can lift you to a higher state of awareness, peace and calm. Anyone can do it, no matter what your spiritual beliefs.

What will happen during this Sound of Soul event with HU?
There will be a brief inspirational reading, then 20 minutes of chanting HU (or listening) accompanied by a recording of many hundreds of voices, then a 3-5 minute silent contemplation. This is followed by informal open sharing of the HU experience, questions, or quiet listening.
