HU is a carrier of love between you and the Divine. HU is the Sound of Soul, the true self of each individual. Anyone can sing or chant HU, no matter what their spiritual beliefs.
Log in or dial in this Thursday, (Thanksgiving evening), November 27, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time to experience this online contemplation from the comfort of your home!
In this Sound of Soul event there will be a brief inspirational reading, then 20 minutes of chanting HU (or listening) accompanied by a recording of many hundreds of voices, then a 3-5 minute silent contemplation. This is followed by informal open sharing of the HU experience, questions, or quiet listening.
