Discover a simple yet profound spiritual practice that can help open your heart and contact the God Current.

HU, an ancient sacred sound and mantra, a love song to God that can help anyone—regardless of background or belief—experience greater peace, clarity, and spiritual upliftment.

During this experience, we’ll begin with a short inspirational reading, followed by about 20 minutes of chanting HU. As the sound gently fades, there will be a few quiet moments for reflection.

Afterward, we’ll have a relaxed conversation where participants can share insights, experiences, or ask questions about HU and Eckankar.
