PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS ARE WELCOME. Regardless of your background or religion, you are warmly invited to join us in trying this simple, twenty-minute spiritual exercise. It has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God.

WHEN IS THE HU SONG? The Community HU Song is held at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesdays of every month at the Marina Library, 190 Seaside Circle, Marina, CA 93933.

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE AND SOUND LIKE? Participants gather in a circle, close their eyes, take a few deep breaths, gently put their attention on their inner vision, and sing HU (pronounced like the word "hue") as a song of love, for about twenty minutes, followed by light refreshments and conversation.Singing HU opens the heart to God's wisdom and love.
