We live in a time of unprecedented interest in spirituality. Spiritual experiences are no longer the exclusive domain of religious leaders, saints, and mystics. They are a part of everyday living for millions or people. And these people have questions: Are their experiences real? What do they mean? How can a person have more experiences of the Divine?
Eckankar offers answers. It is an ancient spiritual teaching and a modern-day religion that offers spiritual techniques and resources for an individual to discover truth through personal experience.

An ECK Light and Sound Service is a celebration of God's love for Soul.
Eckankar teaches that Divine Spirit expresses Itself as Light and Sound—aspects of God you can experience directly and personally. The service will last a little over an hour.
There will be speakers, a creative presentation, and group circle discussions. To allow a deep exploration of this theme, there will be two spiritual contemplations using HU, an ancient, sacred mantra that can open doorways to higher understanding.
You are welcome to attend this community event offered by Eckankar for spiritual seekers of all faiths and religious backgrounds.

Fifteen Minutes to Change Your Life

Come explore a simple yet profound spiritual practice that has helped people around the world connect more deeply with the divine and with their own inner guidance.
We’ll introduce HU, an ancient mantra and sacred sound sung as a love song to the divine. HU can be used by anyone of any background or belief for spiritual upliftment, expanded awareness, and inner peace.
Experience HU, the Sound of Soul.We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU. As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection.
Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen.All are welcome.
