Dear Friends,

These sessions will consist of practical spiritual teachings and guided meditations from Eckhart. This session will be about sitting together in presence. The purpose will be to help us use meditation as a means to bring presence and stillness into our daily lives by quietening the mind.

NOTE: There will be time allocated for discussion during each session, but this will be of secondary importance to realising unconditioned consciousness. Group members will be offered the opportunity to speak for a limited time and are asked to be respectful of other members and the need to create a supportive atmosphere.

IMPORTANT: ** Spaces for this event are limited due to the size of the room. Any RSVPs beyond the limit will be placed on a waiting list. It is therefore important that if you are unable to attend you change your RSVP to 'No' so that your space can be freed up for another group member **

AGENDA:

6.30pm to 7pm: Arrival time

7pm to 8pm: Listening to 'Rising Above Thinking' (15-minute group discussion halfway through)

8pm to 8.15pm: Silent meditation

8.15pm to 8.30pm: Second group discussion

8.30pm: Close and optional socialising at nearby pub

***Free Event. However, if you are in a financial position to do so a small cash contribution is kindly requested to help cover the cost of the room. Any donations received above this will be donated to Hillside Animal Sanctuary via our GoFundMe page https://www.gofundme.com/f/eckhart-january-2020**

It can be deeply rewarding to be part of the Group Collective to donate to a worthy cause, and then to be told of the amount raised is so gratifying! The knowledge that you’re helping other beings is hugely empowering and, in turn, can make you feel happier and more fulfilled. Entirely your decision to donate and based on the Universal Laws of Life. All money goes directly to Hillside, which is non-profit. For the sake of clarity :-), These meetups point to Eckhart Tolle's teachings. It is not a meeting with Eckhart Tolle himself. WE ARE NOT PSYCHOLOGISTS OR PROFESSIONALS, as such, the discussion is informal and no-one can be held accountable. It is a co-created group.

Living in the now is the truest path to happiness and enlightenment.
