People of the world; you may have noticed that we're all, to some degree, addicted and dependant on our phones and screen time. This group is meant for those that are saying 'enough!' We'll meet for a coffee and discuss strategies against this digital pandemic we're facing along with banning our phones for just an hour or so
Although this group encourages scientifically minded people, I encourage anyone else with this dilemma. Eckhart Tolle reminds me that all we have is this moment so do get involved if you feel the same
