The Power of You.

A couple of decades ago, when I was 30 years old, I listened to "The Power of Now" and had a spontaneous "awakening" that changed how I saw and interfaced with the world.

Afterward, I searched for many years for presence, how to get it, achieve it, have more of it. While eliminating everything in my life that got me "out of presence". Which actually turned me away from my Self and the truth.

What I realized, eventually is that it all comes from me. I was running from the Power of Now and since I am one with all of life, I was running from both the Now and the Power of me. So I just stopped chasing the very thing I was running from.

Because I am, we all are, one with life. You are the Now. You don't have to do anything for that to be true. For you are inherently it, you are worthy, nothing required. No doing must be done to get there.

Just come and be you.
