1. CFB Park Loop is moderately challenging at approx 6 miles, with an elevation gain of approx 300 feet. We will go CLOCKWISE, which is mandatory since this trail is shared with bikers.
2. Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku - originating in Japan, forest bathing is the practice of walking slowly and leisurely through the woods or forest, immersing yourself in the natural environment and mindfully using all five senses. We will take 5 minutes of our time once we reach the halfway point by the lake to do a "grounding" session using our 5 senses. You do not have to participate but it is quick and effortless.
3. Burning Ritual - A burning ritual is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your desires or let go of anything that is no longer serving you. At the end of our hike, I will have paper and pen for you to write down your intention, place it into the fireproof container, and set it on fire. For our safety, and nature's, this will be done all together (not one at a time) and I will have a spray fire extinguisher on hand just in case. As the fire is lit, it is up to you to say goodbye or allow space for your intention.
Examples to say quietly to yourself, as you focus your attention on the fire for igniting an intention or the smoke to release:
* Today I release/let go of __________.
* Today I ignite/make space for __________.
After the hike, we can determine grabbing a beverage and or early dinner.

Its a Tribute band. We went for a Christmas show and it was great. The cheesecake was excellent. Lets do another show.
Whether you’re a lifelong fan or a "Silver Springs" viral convert, join us for a night celebrating the high-drama, high-harmony world of Fleetwood Mac!
From their 1967 blues roots to the 1977 masterpiece Rumours—which recently rewrote the record books by spending its 500th week in the UK Top 40—their music remains as commercially potent as ever. While the band is currently on indefinite hiatus following the passing of Christine McVie, 2025 has been a massive year for the Mac universe with the release of the 50th-anniversary crystal-clear vinyl box set and Stevie Nicks’ record-breaking North American tour.
"Don’t stop thinking about tomorrow"—RSVP today and help us keep the chain together!
Meet us inside at Doors 5:30pm
GENERAL ADMISSION: $50.65
