Bio-Energetic Rebalancing: a somatic, nature-based approach to wellbeing. Part 1

Part 1 is a complex energy healing class rooted in yoga and nature-
based, spiritual healing practices from various traditions. Part 1 stands
alone as an independent course, but it is also the foundation for Part 2. In Part 1, participants work to refine sensory perception, assess and
correct energetic imbalances, energetically cleanse, ground, rebalance
and shield themselves from undesired energetic influences. In addition
to light, chair-based yoga asana and pranayama, meditation, and
visualization techniques, participants in Part 1 will undertake practices
to align themselves with basic, natural energies. Scientific arguments
that support the validity of psycho-somatic, nature-based approaches will also be discussed.
In preparation for class:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom to move and breathe.
Bring along a journal and pen
Bring a yoga mat (you will use it to make sure the chairs do not slide
during practice)
Bring a blanket or beach towel and/or any bolster, zafu, sitting pillow.
The course package consists of:

Part 2.
In the Bioenergetic Rebalancing Part, attendees engage with deeper levels of
self-rebalancing work. In Part 2, participants will continue to refine sensory
perception and develop intuitive faculties. After conducting work at a
personal level through simple shadow-work and ritual, the attendees will
learn to perform past life regression and consult with personal spirit
guides.
Throughout Part 2, attendees will engage in light, chair-based yoga
asana and pranayama, meditation and visualization techniques, and
undertake practices to align with basic, natural energies to promote
higher levels of well-being.

About the teacher:
Daniela Svartheiðrinn Simina is an author and teacher. She researches,
writes and teaches various classes on esoteric subjects related to yoga,
energetic balance, and Norse-Germanic paganism.
Daniela tapped into spiritual healing practices at a very young age, having as a mentor her grandmother, a practitioner of folk medicine and a fairy seer.
Over the years, Daniela developed an interest in the lore and folk practices of Ireland and Scandinavia, which she continues to study and research.
Through the practice of Martial Arts and Yoga, Daniela deepened her
understanding of both energy and human physiology. When teaching, she combines elements from different modalities to approach each class
participant with awareness and respect for their uniqueness. In her classes, Daniela guides the attendees to strengthen their connection with the powers latent in the natural world, rebalance energetically, and reach new levels of wellbeing.
