Explore intention through rhythmic, four-syllable Japanese-inspired verses and intuitive creative expression. You’ll select words that embody what you wish to manifest, shaping them into short, intentional poems while noticing how tone and rhythm shift energy—soft for peace, bold for power, playful for joy.

Once your poem is written, you’ll decorate the paper itself with color, patterns, or simple illustrations to enhance and express the feeling behind your words. This isn’t about perfect poetry or polished artwork; it’s about engaging with intention and letting it take shape visually and verbally.
No prior experience with writing or art is needed.

Guided meditations and reflective pauses help you slow down, stay present, and connect with what matters most.

We’ll close with an - optional - group sharing to reflect on your experience and creation.
