Gong and Sound Bath with Lauren Seay

Join professional musician and yoga teacher Lauren for a deeply relaxing evening of energetic attunement and healing through sacred sound. Using her voice, gong, solfeggio singing bowls, and shamanic frame drum, Lauren allows music to flow through her spontaneously for the highest good of the group. All you need is a yoga mat to lie down on, comfortable clothes, and a blanket and pillow if you want to be extra comfy.

Lauren holds her master's degree in jazz performance and RYT 200 yoga teaching certification. She uses a combination of gong, frame drum, solfeggio sound bowls, and channeled singing voice during her sound baths. Becoming an open vessel for divine flow, she allows whatever needs to be sung and played for the highest good of the group to come through in a true channeling of sacred sound. All are welcome!
What to bring: a yoga mat (or a couple of large towels to lie down on), water, and if you'd like extra comfort a pillow and blanket.

Time: 7:00 pm -- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the sound bath to settle into the space before we begin
