Join as we gather in a cozy, celestial-lit space with gentle music, breathwork, and singing meditation designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Chairs are available on site, and you are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a blanket, or cushion. No prior meditation experience is required.
