Ray brings a practical developer's perspective to hempcrete — not simply as an alternative building material, but as a catalyst for creating healthy/sustainable/quality communities, new agricultural markets, and financially viable real estate projects.

Ray Kaderli is a real estate developer, broker, entrepreneur, and educator focused on advancing practical applications for industrial hemp in the built environment. He is the co-counder of HempBuildSchool.com, and has decades of experience in the real estate industry. His work centers on integrating hemp-based construction into developments that demonstrate environmental stewardship while maintaining strong economic fundamentals.
