The Conquest of the Phantom Mountain

Come and conquer The Phantom Mountain in this great adventure.

The Pico de Orizaba, the Sierra Negra and the Malinche (three of the highest mountains in México), together during the dawn form a single mountainous mountain range, the one that as the sun rises, is disappearing.

A phenomenon known as The Phantom Mountain and venerated by our ancestors which can only be appreciated few days in the year, in one of the highest prehispanic sites in the world, even than higher Machu Picchu.

"The Conquest of the Phantom Mountain" is a multi adventure event, consisting of an 8 kms bike ascent or an ascent in Trekking mode of 10 kms then make a summit at the top of Mount Tlaloc, where you can see the optical phenomenon The Ghost Mountain.

Come to enjoy landscapes full of vegetation, forests and trails, to end up in one of the most fascinating pre-Hispanic roads in Mexico at more than 4100 meters high.

Be witness of this amazing and ancient phenomenon, in this adventure that you can not miss.

The trip includes:

• Transport from CDMX to Monte Tlalóc and vice versa
• Camping Area.
• Bicycle transport in case of participating with it.
• 3 meals (Lunch and Dinner Saturday and Sunday Breakfast).

• Ascent of 8 km by bike or 10 km in trekking mode.

• Tent.
• Sleeping and Bajo sleeping (Yoga mat).
• Front lamp and batteries.
• Medium Mountain Boots or Tennis for Trail (Recommended if you know climbing and descending techniques with tennis).
• Responsive signature and registration forms.
• Bike in good mechanical condition (Not necessary for Trekking)
• Clothing suitable for low temperatures. It is recommended to take 3 layers of clothing (Dryfit type - Synthetic Polar - Windbreaker), dry socks, gloves, buff, winter hat, sunglasses with UV p

• For greater enjoyment of this adventure, a level of fitness is required, suitable for medium mountain activities.
