Guided Forest Therapy Walk

Details
Please do not sign up for this walk if you have already done one of these with me before. I'd like to leave space for folks who have not yet had the experience. yet. Thank you!
This is a free, guided forest therapy/forest bathing 'walk' that will take place this Saturday at Historic Yates Mill County Park. This session is one of four practice sessions I am required to do to become certified as a forest therapy guide. The session will last between two and three hours. Forest therapy/forest bathing is a practice that offers many mental and physical health benefits.
Logistics
We will be in Historic Yates Mill County Park (Yates Mill Pond). Gates open at 8:00 AM and we will get started at 8:15.
We'll meet in front of the park offices.
For the 'walk', we will be wandering through the woods, with a mix of active moving around and sitting. We will be heading into the park a little ways. This event should be accessible for folks who are able to navigate uneven terrain. There will be regular sitting down and getting up from the ground.
It will be in the 70's, so dress accordingly.
Bring a cup for tea and a chair, towel, or other arrangement for sitting on the ground, as needed.
Space is limited. Please only sign up if you are fully committed to attending. If you cannot attend, please remove yourself from the event as as soon as possible so that others can attend in your place.
No pups and no kids under the age of 15 - 15 and up ok.
