ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Elsa Carreker is the Senior Channel Account Manager at Bigcommerce responsible for building business relationships with design and solution agencies on the East Coast. She graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics from St. Edward's University (Austin, TX). Previous to Bigcommerce, Elsa worked for Experian in business development for their healthcare revenue cycle division. Elsa has been with Bigcommerce since September 2014 and has seen the exponential growth the company has gone through in that short time. She works closely with agencies like Human Element to build a strong partnership between the agency and platform for a unified merchant experience. Elsa lives in Austin, TX and loves everything about it!
