THE SUNRISE CLUB: Spring Equinox! Sunrise, Walk, Coffee, Connection

Gather at the top of Parliament Hill to watch the sunrise and connect with others 🌿

This time we're celebrating the Spring Equinox 🌿🌿🌿, the changing seasons, and a wonderful season of The Sunrise Club to date.

This will be the last Sunrise Club meetup for a while because the sunrise gets too early for public transport. Besides Summer Solstice (June 20th this year), The Sunrise Club will beon pause until the Autumn Equinox (September 22nd), when the days are shorter and getting up is easier :-)

So, join us for this special last one! If we’re lucky, we will get stunning dawn light and a clear view over London. If it’s raining, we share a sense of solidarity in being outside together and migrate more quickly to the nearby cafe for coffee and conversations.

We will:

• meet at the Parliament Hill Viewpoint at 05:45
• watch the sunrise at 06:02 🌞
• potential to walk and carry on conversations at a local café afterwards 😊

Bring lots of layers and a thermos of tea/coffee to keep you warm 🍵☕️

We will be easy to find because we will be at the top of the hill with a big green flag that says 'Ecotherapy London'
