This laid back yoga meetup is for anyone who wants to get outside, move their body, and have some fun. 🌿

So, how can we practice yoga in the park without a mat?

The sequence is one that you can do anywhere, no matter the terrain, no matter what you're wearing (we've had people participate in suits before). It's a simple, standing sequence that you can learn and take it with you wherever you go 😊

What if it's cold?

To combat cold, I'll focus on heat generating poses that are handy to know when you're waiting for a bus or the central heating is lacking. 🔥

We'll make the most of all the fresh air by synchronising movement and breath, expanding your lungs and leaving you feeling REFRESHED and UPLIFTED! 🌿

And if it's raining?

Big trees nearby offer reasonable protection from the rain. It can actually be quite beautiful to practice yoga under the bandstand with rain falling all around.

Where and when
We'll meet at 7:30 and move for about 30-45 mins (feel free to drop in/out when you need to).
