We’ll be creating a community that models how to live without fossil fuels!
Many of us have long been aware that lifestyles based on energy derived from fossil fuels are both economically precarious and environmentally deleterious. Altair EcoVillage will be modeling a responsible (and healthy) alternative.
Soon East Pikeland Township will grant our project the approvals needed to begin construction. The township will be proud to host a very special eco-exemplary community. When we get to the point of offering homes for sale (perhaps by the summer or fall) we expect there will be high demand on that basis.
We invite you to consider becoming a resident. But if you’re not in a life-situation conducive to such, we’re also hoping you would consider making an investment. It would be one that coming generations will appreciate as contributing to the vital movement of our times which is forging pathways toward a communitarian and ecologically progressive future.
At this juncture Altair needs one more infusion of investment funds. It will enable our bank to see that we’ve raised the good-faith money needed to obtain a construction loan.
