Ecstatic Dance is a supportive, non-judgmental, sober space to freely express yourself through dance to a curated musical journey, starting with a guided warm-up and ending with a closing ritual. Key elements include a no-talking, no-shoes, and no-phone policy on the dance floor to encourage embodiment and connection, a diverse community of all ages and backgrounds with music and sound elements that builds & subsides in energy that facilitates emotional release and joy.
MUSIC CURATION AND GUIDED FACILITATION BY STACEY JUSTIS WITH OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE METAPHYSICAL FIELD, STACEY'S BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION AS A CERTIFIED HYPNOTHERAPIST AND SPIRITUAL SONG-LEADER, AS WELL AS HER TRAINING IN MANY MODALITIES INCLUDING: SOUND THERAPY, EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE, THERAPEUTIC IMAGERY, CHANNELING, REIKI & PAST LIFE REGRESSION GIVE
