However, at times it can be very challenging to navigate through life, especially in our modern "civilized" world . Indeed, so many of us report stress, overthinking, over stimulation, lack of focus/ confidence and sometimes even lack of meaning. This is why so many people turn to meditation.
However, in the mainstream of the mindfulness industry it seems to me that very often meditation has lost its true essence and that people are more experiencing a relaxation technique than a practice of spiritual and personal growth.
Therefore, my intention is to share with you an ancient japanese way of self-knowledge and spiritual awakening that is called: Zen.

Main purposes of this 35min WEEKLY FREE ONLINE meditation:

How does it work?
1️⃣ You subscribe in the above link
2️⃣ You will receive the zoom link 20min before meditation starts by whatsapp from me (no group, you maintain your privacy and receive the link directly from me)
3️⃣ We connect 10min before 7.30pm (CET time)
4️⃣ Greetings & participants propose a topic for the Meditation of The Day
5️⃣ I facilitate the meditation (approximately 35min)
6️⃣ Sharings, Q&A, zen teachings

What is zen?
Zen is a ancient way of self-knowledge, which awakens our consciousness to the reality of things as they are and frees ourselves from mental conditioning (that cause suffering) to be happy with ourselves and with all beings. Its main foundation is the practice of "zazen": sitting meditation. This practice allows us to detach ourselves from all forms of conditioning (educational, social, cultural..) and live fully in the present, in peace with ourselves and with others.
