You know you've been asking for it and needing the healing and empowerment gained from dancing freely in a safe space. Now's your chance! We are coming together with some new interest in facilitating and infrastructure! We are planning to start with a dance every third Thursday (different DJs every month) - join us!
Ecstatic dance is a style of dance music that takes the participant on a journey, enjoying greater freedom, greater acceptance, and deeper healing - all enjoyed with an eclectic variety of music where you're encouraged to dance any way you like.
