This ecstatic dance will give you the opportunity to nourish yourself with joy, movement and music as well as a great community… come move freestyle and barefoot to a specially in the moment curated musical journey….. your welcome to bring family and friends too! Move as much or little as you like, it’s link a mindful meditation…

We follow guidelines of taking personal responsibility. Being present together to co hold the container. No drugs or alcohol. No phones.

Come breathe, explore, have your day begin with embodied gratitude!

Starts right at 20am with opening circle. Ends 11:15 pm with closing circle.
