11am-1PM 5 Rhythms® New Year's Day Dance with Guest Teacher Jennifer Burner

Dear Ones! I am so excited to share that my dear friend Jennifer Burner (https://www.facebook.com/events/186230518242426/) is in town to share her special magic with us next Wednesday to bring in the new year! I am lucky enough to join you and for the first time, I will get to dance in the space with you!

Jen and I trained together in 2008 and I have had the honor of guest leading her classes in San Geronimo a few times. She grew up in Laguna Beach, so this is the perfect convergence of magic in which to start our new year. There is no evening class, so come dance with us 11am-1pm. Below is a note from Jennifer...meet you there!

Dear ones,

New Years day I invite you to call upon your hearts desires and what you want to cultivate for yourself in 2014.

Upon arrival:

Please come in silence. There will be someone to welcome you in silence, to invite you to sign in and receive money from you.

There will be tea light candles on the table & you can help yourself to one for putting your intentions into.

In the space there will be a simple Altar just for your candles and intentions :-) On the Altar there will be a large bowl of water you are welcome to place your lit candles in.

If it's your desire, I just want invite a moment of intention with your candle before place on the Altar.
Then quietly find a place on the floor to let yourself arrive in whatever way feels good for you.

We will bring in the New Year through our own unique bodies and souls!

Looking forward to sharing this with you all.

Laguna Beach is a very special place for me, as I have roots here that date back to the early 1900's.
