Spring is here and it's time to feel RADIANT!
RADIANCE is a guided bliss journey that weaves community, breathwork and shaking with ecstatic dance.
The journey begins with a community circle where everyone has a chance to share and be seen.
In the spirit of April Fools Eve, we also might just get a little silly! Silly outfits and accessories encouraged! (Not mandatory, dress to be comfortable)
From there we will move onto 2 rounds of energizing breathwork, then a round of shaking before we transition seamlessly into ecstatic dance.
This dynamic combination is intentionally designed to uplift and transform stagnant and sluggish energy back into radiance.
It is recommended you commit to the whole journey for maximum benefit.

Flow of the evening (times are approximate):
7:33 Doors open, get settled, mingle
8-9pm Opening circle and community connection
9-9:33 Guided breathwork (includes detailed explanation)
9:33-9:40 Shaking ( 5-6 minutes)
9:40-11 Ecstatic Dance
11pm Short grounding breathwork and savasana
11:11pm Closing circle
After closing circle, feel free to flow onwards or mingle in the afterglow of the space.
The music is curated and edited by Tesla Wild. Armed with an eclectic playlist, she has a penchant for psychedelic bass, hip hop, eastern inspired beats, and might just spice it up with electro-swing, dubstep, dnb, reggae and more! Expect a sillier April Fools set :P
The ecstatic dance will have some light facilitation. This is just an offering and you can dance as you wish. To honour the dance process, please keep conversation off the dance floor.
This is an alcohol-free space. Presence is valued.
What to bring: Yoga mat or cushion (we'll be seated for the breathwork), waterbottle, optional blanket
