It’s time to get on your ride and get your ride on! Join League Cycling Instructor Mike Sheehan for this informative and fun class.

Beginners Group Riding Skills training is for you if you’ve been wanting to ride in groups; but were uncomfortable in groups .

Objectives- At the end of this clinic all participants should:

• Be able to steer their bikes from the saddle by leaning the bike.

• Feel safe when there are other rides all around them.

• Be able to dodge obstacles while protecting their bikes from other riders

• Be able to stop using front and rear brakes while shifting their weight.

• Be able to communicate with riders around them

Before taking this class you should have your own bicycle, have ridden at least 5 miles, have a helmet and have your bike ready to go. If your ride is rusty and dusty it is not ready to go. Your local bike shop can provide the proper service to make your bike ready to go.
