Details
Kayak Paddle on the Thames with Edge Progressive Paddling. Beginners welcome. Non-club-members only RSVP through meetup. (Club members use facebook as usual please.) Meet 18:15 at the Kew Bridge arches (Brentford side - see map). We will paddle towards Isleworth, stop at the London Apprentice pub, then return to Kew Bridge for around 21:00.
Boat, paddle & buoyancy aid will be provided. Dress prepared to get wet just in case, ideally man-made fibres that don't hold water (not denim), wetsuit boots or old trainers you don’t mind getting wet. You are very unlikely to capsize but your clothes will get damp and you may need to walk in some ankle-deep water so a change of clothing and shoes is recommended. Changing facilities are available.

Although any risk will be carefully managed by the coaches, participants acknowledge and accept there is a risk involved with this activity by signing up for this event. All participants must be able to swim.
